Joe Gordon-Male Athlete of the Week

WATERLOO–Redtails Esports team member Joe Gordon has been named Athlete of the Week for his performance in the Hawkeye Invitational tournament (Hi21) October 8-9.

Gordon competed in the Rocket League competition of the tournament and was able to score 12 goals, assist six times, have 11 saves, and took 37 shots. 

 "Joe always has a positive attitude, and his work in and out of the game is a big factor in the games we won over the weekend," says coach Ryan Goeke 

Gordon is originally from Cedar Falls.
