RedTail Men’s Bowling Competes at Titan Invite

WATERLOO- The Hawkeye RedTail Men's Bowling team placed 10th out of 15 varsity teams competing at the Titan Invite November 5 and 6, 2022, in Neenah, Wisconsin

Simon Larsen bowled 1,098 with an average of 183 and was the highest placing RedTail at the competition. Larsen placed 16th out of 121 bowlers. The RedTails had a good day one, scoring 4,822. By the end of the weekend the RedTails knocked down 7,575 pins.

Similar to the women's competition, scores were low for the men at the Titan Invite. The leading team on the men's side averaged 185 which is abnormally low according to head coach Roger Taylor. 

"Their shot making was on point throughout the weekend, but the unfortunate thing was their scores just didn't match how well they were executing," said Taylor.
