SCHEELS Male Athlete of the Week | Preston Martens

Preston Martens of the Hawkeye Community College Golf Team has been named the SCHEELS Male Athlete of the week after his Finish at the Hannibal-Legrange invite in Hannibal, MO. 

Martens finished 4th out of 59 golfers. 

"Preston had a solid finish in the second round which allowed him to vault him up the leaderboard," said head coach Micah Destival. "Preston started off a little rough but was able to battle his way back during the Cold and Wind". 

Martens and the team hope to continue their streak as they head to the Upper Iowa Spring Invite on April 3rd.
