Male Athlete of the Week- D'Artagnon Beaver

RedTail Track & Field student-athlete D'Artagnon Beaver has been named Scheels Male Athlete of the Week for his performances throughout the 2022-23 season.

Beaver has been an incredible leader on the cross country and track & field team and always shows up in a competitive state to dominate the competition. Beaver broke his own school record in the 5k at Nationals with a 15:13.47 and was deemed second team all American.

"He is one of the hardest working athletes I have coached this year, it is an honor to work with him," said coach Corinne Gadient. "Every time he steps on the track, he gives 110%! Moving forward, we have huge goals for the outdoor season, don't be surprised when more records fall to Dart!"

Beaver is originally from Rockford, IA.
