Jordan Eads | SCHEELS Female Athlete of the Week

Jordan Eads of the Hawkeye Community College Softball team has been named the SCHEELS Female Athlete of the Week after her performance against Highland CC. 

Eads competed well against Highland CC having an overall .833 batting average against Highland CC. She led the way at the plate in games 1 and 2. She collected five hits, scored three runs and had one RBI.

"Jordan had a really great performance against Highland," said Head Coach Courtney Calkins. "She helped us secure both wins. She had a dominant bat in both games and was a tough out for the other team. On the mound, she had a solid performance, pitching her first collegiate shutout in game two."

Jordan's leadership has proven to be a valuable assist. Jordan and the team hope to continue their performance as they travel to Moberly Area Community College this Saturday.
