RedTails Continue to Improve Approaching Postseason

The RedTail Women's Bowling team attended the Ebonite Warhawk Open in Addison, Illinois, Saturday, March 13. The women kept it together during this long format of a tournament finishing 10th overall out of 17 teams total!

The RedTails came out from this tournament with an overall total of 5226, "showing team work up and down," said Head Coach Heath Kohl. Freshman Whitney Morse just missed the All American Team (ATT) by 33 pins. Coach Kohl had positive feedback to give Morse saying, " With a very strong field that just shows how much resilience she has as a bowler."

Coach Kohl was very impressed with the team's frame of mind for the weekend. "The team really showed a great team atmosphere, best all year which is a great takeaway leading up to NJCAA nationals."

The RedTails will return to competition March 27-28 when they compete in Mount Mercy's home tournament, the 5 Seasons Classic, in Cedar Rapids.
