Female Athlete of the Week – Samantha Camilo

RedTail Bowling's Samantha Camilo has been named the Scheels Female Athlete of the Week after an impressive performance at the Mid Iowa Bowling Conference Tournament.

Samie was the team's top performer, finishing 10th out of 59 bowlers. She posted scores of 232, 148, and 179 for a total of 558. She bowled nearly 40 pins over her season average and delivered clutch shots in the baker portion, securing at least one or two strikes in every 10th frame.

"Samie was on point this past weekend and had a strong showing. She stepped up when it mattered most," said head coach Roger Taylor.

Samantha Camilo is originally from Waterloo, IA.
