This past weekend, the RedTail women's soccer team welcomed Dakota County Technical College for a home match. With perfect weather setting the stage, the team added another victory to their growing record. Much like their performance against East Central, the RedTails utilized their full roster and saw multiple players contribute to the scoreboard. Among the standout performers was forward Jael Bruhlmeier, who made a major impact on Saturday. Finishing the game with 3 goals and 4 assists, she continues to be a key force in the team's offensive success. Reflecting on the match, she shared, "I really enjoyed playing the game, but also watching the team put on such a performance. We showed a lot of improvement compared to our previous games, especially in the final third. I think it really motivates you to keep going when you see everyone celebrating and smiling together on the pitch and on the sidelines. The game was a reward for all the hard work the team has put in since day one."
Overall, the RedTails have been steadily building team chemistry, appearing more cohesive with each game. Week after week, they remain focused on improving their weaknesses and transforming them into strengths. Their next opportunity to put that progress to the test comes next weekend, when they host St. Charles Community College at home on Saturday, September 13th.
