Outstanding Performances at St. Ambrose University

On Saturday, February 7, the men's and women's track teams delivered multiple event championships and automatic national qualifiers.

 

Women's Team Highlights:

  • Mallori Jones (600m) secured an automatic qualifying mark, broke the school record, and won the event championship.

  • Kailin McEwen (Shot Put) also secured an automatic qualifying mark, moved to #2 in school history, and won the event championship.

  • Riley Godard continued the RedTails' success with an event championship in weight throw.

 

Men's Team Highlights:

  • Tarelle Hoskins won the 60m event.

 

"Another solid weekend of performances for the RedTails. It is always fun to see our student-athletes rewrite the record book and put up national marks. The hay is in the barn and we're ready for some big performances at the Region XI Championships" said assistant coach David Holesinger.
