Maziya Barrett signs with Hawkeye CC Track and Field

Hawkeye Community College is excited to announce the signing of Marziya Barrett from KIPP Legacy High School in Kansas City, MO to the Track and Field program. 

Barrett comes to Hawkeye with 4 years of experience in the Hurdles and long jump department. She is one of the top recorded Long Jumpers at her school. Her major is currently Undecided with plans to go into Business or Hospitality.

"I really like the culture and support surrounding the program Barrett," Barrett said. "I'm super excited to compete again while being able to be a part of something that is bigger than myself."
